Edit or Delete an Activity from a Contact Record

Activities are tied to contacts in DonorDock.  To edit or complete an activity from a contact record:

1.  Click into Contacts on the top menu in your DonorDock tenant.

2.  Find the contact record tied to the activity you want to edit.  
3.  Click the contact's name to view the contact record.

4.  Locate the activity in the timeline on the right hand side of the contact record.

5.  Click on the activity to see the details.

6.  To edit or delete the activity record click on the three dots in the right hand corner.

   a.  Choose to edit or delete the activity.

b. Save any changes.

7. To mark an activity complete click on the the blue Mark Complete button.


Edit or Delete an Activity from an Activity 

1.  Click on Reporting in the top menu.

2.  Click on Reports

3.  Select a Standard Activity Report from our list or +Create a custom report.

4.  Find your contact/activity in the report list.

   a.  Click on the +next to the display name to reveal the activity details

5.  Click on Open Record

6.  To edit or delete the activity record click on the three dots in the right hand corner.

   a.  Choose to edit or delete the activity.

b. Save any changes.

7. To mark an activity complete click on the the blue Mark Complete button.
