Funds are where we store information about how donations are to be used in DonorDock.


To view/edit a fund:

  1. Click on Funds under Fundraising in the top menu.
  2. From the fund list, search for the fund you wish to view or edit.
  3. Click on the fund's name to navigate to the fund's detail page.
  4. To edit the fund, click the Edit Fund button under the Actions menu.
  5. Make any changes to the fund and save the record.
  6. Administrators also have the option to delete or archive a fund from the Actions menu.


To create a fund:

  1. Click on Funds under Fundraising in the top menu.
  2. In the upper right hand corner, click the Add Fund button.
  3. Enter the required fields, and any optional fields.
  4. Click Save.
